• Record an unboxing video from the moment the package is still sealed

The unboxing video is an important requirement for the shop to provide support in cases of:

• Damage during shipping

• Missing items or incorrect products

• The shop is responsible for proper and secure packaging before handing the order over to the shipping carrier.

• Once the order is transferred to the carrier, the delivery process is handled by the shipping carrier.

• The shop will coordinate and assist customers in working with the carrier if any issues arise.
