RETURN POLICY

1. Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange / Refund

Customers are eligible for product exchange, additional delivery, or refund in only the following cases:

1.1. Products damaged during shipping

  • The product is broken, crushed, severely scratched, or clearly defective due to the shipping process.

  • A valid unboxing video is required, which must:

    • Clearly show the package in its original sealed condition.

    • Record the entire unboxing process continuously, without cuts or edits.

    • Clearly display the damaged product inside.

1.2. Incorrect items sent by the shop

  • The delivered product does not match the order (wrong item, model, color, size, or specification).

  • A valid unboxing video must clearly show the incorrect item received.

1.3. Missing items in the order

  • The quantity received is less than what was ordered.

  • A valid unboxing video is required for verification.

Time limit for requests:
All requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of delivery.


2. Resolution Methods

After verification, the shop will apply one of the following solutions, depending on the specific situation:

  • Exchange for the correct product.

  • Additional shipment for missing items.

  • Refund (partial or full) if exchange or reshipment is not possible.

Processing time:
Up to 7 business days after receiving complete and valid information and evidence.


3. Non-Eligible Cases (No Return / No Refund)

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided, or the video is unclear, incomplete, edited, or cut.

  • The unboxing video does not show the package seal and the full unboxing process.

  • The product is delivered correctly, in full quantity, and without shipping-related damage.

  • Customer changes mind, does not like the product, or no longer needs it.

  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling by the customer.

  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.


4. Important Notes

  • An unboxing video is mandatory evidence for all return, exchange, or refund requests.

  • Requests submitted after the allowed time or without valid evidence will not be processed.

  • By placing an order and receiving the product, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
